REIKI

REIKI Is a 2,500 year old Ancient form of Japanese Holistic Healing. "REI" a source of light and "KI" meaning energy. It is a form of "light touch" encouraging healthy energy to flow within the body with the intention of reducing stress and promoting healing.

MASSAGE

"MASSAGE" is a soft tissue manipulation of the body causing physiological changes for a relaxation or mechanical response, ranging from light to deep pressure.

CUPPING

This is an ancient form of Alternative Therapy using negative pressure for pain relief through suction. Silicone cups are placed on the skin creating a vacuum to increase blood flow to the area to remove "stagnation". It is recommended 2-3 sessions to experience the full benefits.

FACE CUPPING

This Ancient therapy is a more gentle and relaxing approach to cupping. A light oil is used to help the soft cups glide over the skin to boost collagen production, brighten, tone and minimize the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. It is recommended 1 session per week for 8 weeks, then maintenance appointments once a month.
